| Work content | ◆ Work content You will be responsible for the product manager of the HR business. You will be responsible for designing products that provide even greater value to job seekers and corporate clients by combining the needs and data of job seekers and companies that the Recruit Group has come into contact with while operating its talent matching business with AI and machine learning technology. Specifically, your role will involve leading efforts to improve user experience, such as improving existing products including improving the recommendation engine and revising search logic, as well as planning and promoting new products using LLM etc. ◆Business details ・Responsible for defining value, organizing roadmaps, and executing HR business products ・Through research and analysis, deepen understanding of job seekers and employers (corporate clients) and consider measures to grow the product and ultimately the business. ・Work with engineers, designers, and data scientists to lead the team from planning to release and actual impact. |
